STATE: SC’s reoffending rate for released inmates is at 21.9% according to new SC Department of Corrections data, one of the nation’s lowest rates.
NATIONAL: NASA will be intentionally crashing a satellite into an asteroid to test a way to knock future asteroids off course. NASA scientists will monitor the asteroid in the months following the collision to measure its change in trajectory, if any.
